Yes, the panelist membership is free.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the country.

If you have moved to another country, you may create a new account.

The credit from a survey may be deducted from the panelist account if a respondent has completed a survey of bad or poor quality, as the client has been left with unusable study data.

Examples of this are inaccurate or inconsistent answers, speeding, or if the respondent failed other quality checks. Please take your time to read survey questions thouroughly, and always answer in a truthful manner.

With online paid surveys you're able to participate in market research, and get rewarded for influencing brands and products.

When we match your profile to the targeted audience for a study we will send you a survey invitation to your e-mail. You may also find available surveys logged in to your panelist account.

You can earn up to 3,50 € for each completed survey. The amount varies depending on the length and complexity of the survey.

To redeem your rewards, log in to your account and go to Rewards, select the preferred reward and press Redeem.

Your payout transaction will change to status pending in your payment activity. Once the payment is processed the status will change to success.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your reward to be processed.

It is not possible to exchange, refund, or cancel a pending transaction.

We do not sell, give, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your prior consent. Only non-identifiable and aggregated information will be shared, and any answers you provide to survey questions will remain entirely confidential and anonymous.
